The campaign is today at 6pmish.

Mike doesn't get out of work until 5:30pm. Then, there is the transit time from North Utica to my house, from my house to a fast food place, and from that fast food place to William's. If anyone says that I am not on time for my own game, their character will die and I will light their character sheet on fire with my inner rage.

I also hoped that everyone actually finished their character and bought all the equipment they would be starting with. I will record data from your character sheets into one of my notebooks for when I feel like doing secret skill or saving throw checks. This way theres less metagaming.

Note also, that today's adventure will be extremely difficult. If you do happen to die, don't get pissed at me. I will let you roll up another character.

That's more than acceptable. Though at epic level, I think ressurection could be an option as well. Just my 2¢ for what it's worth.

Joseph E. Brown has been given the rights, and the privledge to make his game extremely difficult.

Seriously though, it's more fun when you're not sure whether or not you'll die. Seems like it would make you think in character more as to how your guy would keep himself alive longer. Unfortunately, I don't think we have anyone who can cast Resurrection. I'm going to have to raise funds for a scroll or two.

agreed, I love my thug, I spent two weeks on him, but if he dies in a hit or whatever, that's fine, I'll spend a week making a new guy from scratch, that's what makes the game exciting, not knowing whether or not you're done for.

I am lazy, I don't deny it. Regardless, good things are worth waiting for. Even though not one person had fun the last game. If you guys want me to just have monsters run at you in a 100x100 room just let me know, that makes it easier on me too.

So I guess Saturday after the CBL is when the next game is going down. Bring your math calculators, character sheets, pencils and dice.

Actually, if you'd please, and already didn't do it: FUCKING CALCULATE YOUR DAMAGE AHEAD OF TIME! That takes for freakin ever in combat when you gotta add em all up.

So go ahead and bring calculators (since Paul uses his effectively), but do some preparing.

I wrote a dice rolling program for my TI-86 last night, so now I can roll (X)d(Y) at the speed of fast! Anyone can feel free to check the code and make sure I'm not cheating, but that should be obvious by the roll results.

What do you think I am, educated? I'll just have to believe what you have programmed is true.

I did the same thing as well. My code is sloppy since it's a TI-83+ and I had to code it directly onto the calculator (no cable argh!!!)

But it does what it's supposed to, and I made it so I can add up the sums of multiple types of dice at the same time.

i.e. 15d6 + 12d8

My code is sloppy because I'm not really a programmer.
