Wilhelm Report: Mike Cupelini's the 3rd red star was seen moving heavy fire arms from his home to a van. I responded to a police call and the van was gone, it's yet to return. In the meantime 88 get an arrest warrent for Cupelini and a search warrent for his house, Kirk and Et al follow up on the warrent and take whoever you want with you.
