I had $10, just the fact Steam put 2000 viruses into my computer pissed right the fuck off, so I didn't buy anything, plus I'm rarely on my actual computer.

Okay, only way I can see that as possible is if you have not ever run Windows Update, and some gaping security flaw in windows opened as wide as goatse once you connected to a different internet protocol.

Its not a matter of disagreeing, it's a matter of being wrong. The security flaws are not in Steam, they are in Windows. You simply were not using the features of Windows which had the security flaws before. Update your computer, 'natch.
