Friday 8:00am Missing Persons returned Dr. Tutu suspect

Wilhelm Report: Returned missing person to her home. She said that a strange man in a lab coat was following her around at one point during her running away. It may be Tutu and we may want to look into Ava Bodice missing in relation to the "Good" Doctor as well. Gunmetal, can you give us a report on any labs you remember Tutu talking about, I think we may need to move quickly if we want to save this girl before she becomes another sick experiment.

There are a few possibilities here, but I can't promise i'll be much help.
I remember that he used to talk about his "satellite labs" but I only ever saw the inside of the one in which I was "born".

It would be quite a stretch in my mind that he has the capabilities to effectively do any experiments on human beings. He was barely able to work with animals, i'd say he got lucky with me.

Still, things can change I suppose.

Other labs...other labs... YOU KNOW he did mention an underground lair of sorts once or twice. Like I said, I never saw it, but it could still exsist. But where, I don't know.

You were there, you saw Wayne's "Insurance Policy" and that Tutu was one of his main associates. I'm pretty sure that they weren't rottwhilers, they were human at one point, maybe mulitple.
