I was wondering what everyone's hopes/predictions for the next games that start. After Heroes & SLA I was hoping for either M&M or D&D, I know my opinion doesn't matter, but I really think someone( except Evan) should do a Mutants game (possibly a villans one, that'd be cool) because I think there is a lot of fun to be had there and there are many types of things to do with the system. Or a non-Vampire World of Darkness game. Hell, even a human investigatory (psuedo Anthony's 1 timer) would be fun. Ya know we could police the city, run a multitasking company, or investigate the paranormal even. I just think there is more potential to the World of Darkness than we are delving into.

So I guess just post some game ideas here or game prospects you have.

Don't let my grueling PS3 post be in vain.

That would be indeed far off, and important! Very nice Bi-plane Baron. I don't think Sass will spend $10 on a keyboard for quite some time. Maybe if Mavis Beacon makes a PS3 game where you fight crime with your words per minute. There'd have to be a decent amount of bribing magazines to promote the game, and lots of unnecessary violence for this to sell, but I could see a sizable market for it. Plus they could sell Sony keyboards for $30, and then later on one with special skins or something. Some skinny black school teacher lookin lady with an oozie, and a t-shirt that says, learn to fucking type!

So first off- Fuck Bo(l)th of you
Secondly- You missed my point, I was trying to be serious, but gods forbid anyone say anything on topic

BRAVO, Truly proving that you have the attention span of a goldfish because you obviously forgot everything else typed once you saw the term "PS3" and had to comment on that instead.

And honestly all this ranting is making me quite proficient in onscreen keyboard use.

I read the post, and then read Tom's post, and was more amused by it. I respond to Tom's post.

Anyways, if you're pissed about Evan shafting you out of like 2 xp that didn't even matter because the game ended, why don't you just say it?

If you like your PS3, you don't need me to justify your purchase for you, or your mom's purchase, or whatever. Just like it, and deal with me not liking it. Don't whine when I say it's bullocks. I didn't even say anything about it. I was just musing as to what the industry would do with the idea of a typing instruction game coming out these days. I mean, we all can't be Death Master 3001, but I think the game would bring something new and innovative to the instructional first person shooter genre. That's all I was saying.

I go back on topic and you yell. What do you want from me sass??

Investigation missions rarely work with our group for whatever reason. Just, ask anyone, they'll tell you horror stories. Who can tell you what games we'll play in 6 months or whatever, because nobody came up with any yet. We just got a new one in Dan's game, and my SLA game is fairly new. I'm still a long ways from tying that thing up, and at this point don't even know how I'm going to do it. It's like current point, end, giant grey area in the middle. So like, relax.

As far as I'm concerned, there's hardly any D&D games I'll play in from this point on, so it's gotta be something else. I'd like to see something different for a change. Who knows though.

If they ever come out with a game for PS3, that isn't also on the 360, which involves typing to kill people and shit, count me the fuck in. It could be called Grammar Nazi Challenge: Bloodfest. You ride around in a robot that is fueled by blogging, each blog equals enough words to fuel the robot for one killing frenzy. Also, you fight nazis so that the violence is justified, also they deal drugs.

I love that my game only went through one (1) introduction session and noobie is already looking for another super-powered game to be in. You have no fucking clue where my game is going to go because it hasn't even gotten off the ground and you're already looking for a new game to be in?

Buy a keyboard, you moron.

(sigh)

I don't want to fan the flames at all noobie, so I'm going to redact most of my previous post. But please think about what you say before you say it.

And buy a keyboard.

I was gonna name it Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing in Hell, but I think I like that as a sequal or something.

Depending on how well my one shot goes on sunday, I would probably be willing and interested in running a game myself. I had a few ideas on hand, one of them involving a paranormal investigation team set in the world of darkness, one set at a hospital in the world of darkness where the PC's play a team of humans/vamps/mages or something who work in a special wing dedicated specifically to paranormal attack victims, and after saturday I was thinking a comedy game set in the Aqua Teen universe might be fucking fun. It would be bizarre and crazy as hell, but I'd run it in a heartbeat.

Just saying.
