Deadlands - Cancelled

Running my second Deadlands campaign. Anyone who's interested, post here saying you're interested. I'm running it Wednesday if I get enough responses by Tuesday, if not, I'll wait until I get enough responses. If you don't have a book, which I'm assuming most of you don't, go to a torrent site and download the PDF. The game is centered around an alternate ending to the Civil War. If you like Cowboy, Indians, and Zombies, you'll probably like playing this game. The system is extremely easy to learn and there aren't too many rules.

As far as restrictions, only the Player's Guide is allowed, no Hucksters or any other kinds of casters, no Indians. The campaign will take place in the South but you can be Union or Confederate still. If you want more information or need some help with figuring out the setting for your character's backstory, just send me an IM, JBisC00L. We will generate characters during the first session.

I'm playing of course. I gotta read over the classes before I decide what I want to do with mine though. Probably going to play a Southerner, but I might do something else. Possibly a business tycoon type, or a native.

Well, I can really run it whenever, Bill just said Wednesdays were good for him. So whenever is good for you and Bill is also most likely good for me, unless I have something else going on, in which case it won't be.

The only real nights I definately can't do it are Tuesday Friday and Sunday. Since I have activities. I figured Wednesday would be a good day, since Sean is running Fridays anyways, he could spare that day. Sassafras said he wanted to play as well. So it looks like we might have a decent sized posse. He has this thing against using the boards. He frequents emospace, but can't use the BPI boards, go figure. ANyways, he said he'd inform you of it, but I already did. Just in case.

So, I don't have a printer, but a lot of people going to school have access to printers. I need one or more people to print up character sheets for themselves/others.

That's the official one from the book and so that everyone has the same character sheet, it would be great if whoever is printing sheets for themselves/others could print up that one. I will also need a character sheet for rolling my Marshal, whoever prints up one for me will get some kind of in-game bonus and my thanks out of game.

I would like it if everyone who plays could check out the character generation so that they're familiar with it when we generate our characters.

I don't want anyone generating their character ahead of time, I would just like people to be sort of familiar with the generation of a character before we actually go ahead and generate them.

Keep in mind that the game system rewards good roleplaying. And dying isn't necessarily the end of your character, sometimes you can even come back as an undead type character called a Harrowed. I would like it if people didn't puss out and pick the bitch hindrances, as what will make the game interesting are the ones that put you in harm's way. The storyline is set in the West after an alternate ending to the American Civil War, so you will want to set your character's back story to that time period. Your character's personality and back story are going to be key to having a character you like roleplaying and can have a good time with.

Alright, for those that wanted me to run this game, I apologize, I won't be running it. I wanted a group of at least four people and only have one person confirmed and like 2 maybe's. Sorry for wasting your time.
